Ghost of Tsushima Jin Sakai Figma Even Has a Cloth Cape

This article is over 4 years old and may contain outdated information

As part of its WonHobby Gallery 2020 Autumn showing, Good Smile Company offered a first look at an unpainted prototype of a Ghost of Tsushima Jin Sakai figma. While it was basic, it still showed the character wielding a katana in a dynamic way while donning his mask and wearing his armor. Now the full figure has been revealed ahead of its August 2021 Japanese and September 2021 North American debuts, showing off even closer details like an actual cloth cape. The official product page even lets you toggle on a “Kurosawa Mode” for its pictures.

As is common with figmas, the Jin Sakai figure has multiple degrees of articulation and four pairs of hands to go properly pose him. You also get his Sakai Katana Sakai Tanto, a bow, and an arrow that he can wield. He only has two face plates, one masked and one unmasked, but both use “3D paintwork technology” to ensure he resembles his in-game counterpart.

Here’s a gallery looking at the Ghost of Tsushima Jin Sakai figma in different poses.

Pre-orders are open for the Ghost of Tsushima figure on the Good Smile Company website until January 6, 2021. It is $104.99/¥10,000. Ordering from there also gets you a stand with the game’s logo on it.
