So, it is going to be a while before people get to go ahead and move into the Resident Evil 8 village. Which is fine and all, given that you might need a next gen console to play. However, to get people settled and feeling at home, Capcom has released an array of new screenshots showing off the place. They give a better idea of some situations, allude to enemies we might see, and give us a peek at Chris Redfield’s current look.
Chris is featured at the top of the article, and he’s looking a little scraggly when he shows up to see Resident Evil 7’s Ethan Winters again.
This screenshot has a familiar Umbrella icon among some other images.
Here’s that werewolf that we saw in the announcement trailer.
Finally, let’s take a look around the Resident Evil 8 village itself. These screenshots from Capcom look at different sights people might see and provide a hint at a few of the puzzles we may have to solve.
Resident Evil 8 Village will appear on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and PC in 2021. In case you missed it, Capcom’s recent accounting showed that Resident Evil titles are among its top sellers and Siliconera interviewed Resident Evil 3 producer Peter Fabiano.
