Every once in a while, miHoYo releases a little “digest” called the Teyvat Times. It’s essentially an infographic that reveals details about what people have been doing in Genshin Impact. The second installment appeared on December 9, 2020, and an interesting one involved details about how people handled certain tasks. Most notably, Genshin Impact’s Barbara was the most popular character to bring into three different Domains.

miHoYo’s update specifically mentioned the Confront Stormterror Domain Challenge, the Wolf of the North Challenge, and the Enter the Golden House Domain Challenge. So essentially, it looked at who was most popular to bring in when fighting bosses again. In all three instances, Barbara was the most popular character. (People also used Amber and Kaeya a lot for the Stormterror challenge, Fischl and Noelle to fight Andrius Lupus Boreas, and Fischl and Diluc to fight the Harbinger.)

Genshin Impact’s Barbara is normally a four-star, hydro catalyst user found in banners. However, both at launch and after the 1.1 update there were events that allowed people to earn the healer for free. In December 2020, she’s also in the Paimon’s Bargains shop for 34 Masterless Starglitter.

Here’s the full infographic, which hints at who’s fallen the most, how much hunting people have done, and how many people were killed by environmental hazards like boars, Flaming Flowers, and Mist Flowers.
