Genshin Impact’s Barbara Wants to Heal Your Heart in a Video

Genshin Impact’s Barbara, Mondstadt’s priestess idol who’s Jean’s sister and a popular character to use in Domains, is the star of a new video. miHoYo shared “An Idol’s Healing Magic.” Unlike most videos for the game, which tend to involve in-game footage or offer information about people, this one provides an opportunity to have a “conversation” with the character. 

Much of the video is an opportunity to interact with Genshin Impact’s Barbara one-on-one and get to know more about her. It begins with her suggesting that she’d want to help you in any way. As the conversation goes on, she talks about how much she’d like 100 Spicy Dried Fish, and how she’d be willing to explain her secrets behind being an idol if you can get them for her. You also get to see her journal, a prized item where she keeps every positive and negative bit of feedback she’s received. She even shares one of the comments from it. 

Barbara is one of Genshin Impact’s four-star units and more useful healers. People are able to add the Hydro Catalyst-user to their party for free if they complete “A Long Shot.” She’s also regularly available via Wish banners and sometimes shows up in Paimon’s Bargains shop.

Genshin Impact is available for the PlayStation 4, PC, and both Android and Apple iOS devices. It will also come to the Nintendo Switch.
