Genshin Impact Wriothesley Gameplay Trailer Shows the Cryo Character’s Skills

As is common with new characters, HoYoVerse shared a Genshin Impact Collected Miscellany trailer for its latest five-star Cryo unit. The “New Age, New Order” video focuses on Wriothesley. While Yuri “Dainsleif” Lowenthal narrates, we see the new character fighting throughout Fontaine and using major skills from his moveset.

Before getting into his fighting prowess, the video shows off the character’s Exploration Talent. The Duke’s Grace helps with crafting Weapon Ascension Materials. There’s a 10% chance you’ll get double what he “makes.”

From there, the video looks at how the Cryo attacks Wriothesley uses in Genshin Impact work, with specific looks at the different effects the damage the character deals does. Things start with the normal Forceful Fists of Frost attack, which can hit five times. If this is used as a plunging attack or charged, it deals AOE damage instead. The Icefang Rush Elemental Skill deals damage, but has the option to deal even more damage if his health is over 50% at the cost of decreasing his HP. His Elemental Burst is Darkgold Wolfbite. It deals AOE Cryo damage to enemies ahead of him.

Here’s the full “New Age, New Order” video.

Genshin Impact is available for the PS4, PS5, PC, and mobile devices, and the Wriothesley banner is around until November 7, 2023. So is the Venti rerun banner.
