Genshin Impact Shenhe Trailer Shows Her With Cloud Retainer

The latest Genshin Impact Shenhe trailer offers a hint at what life is like as an adeptus disciple. This means we get to see her at home with Cloud Retainer. However, before that, there’s a hint at what her background is also like. Not to mention official updates go over her Elemental Burst and Skill.

Shenhe is a Cryo polearm user. She increases the Cryo damage allies can do while also summoning a Talisman Spirit to attack with her for her Elemental Skill and Burst. Spring Spirit Summoning has two options. Both bestow Icy Quill to increase everyone’s Cryo damage. However a quick tap sends her to attack with the spirit quickly. Holding the attack makes the spirit deal AOE Cryo damage alone. As for the Divine Maiden’s Deliverance Elemental Burst, it temporarily creates a space that deals Cryo damage, weakens enemy Cryo and physical resistance.

Here’s the Shenhe Genshin Impact trailer. It begins with her dreaming of herself as a child. When she wakes, Cloud Retainer is there and reminds her to always wear the red ropes around herself. These act as a sort of seal. She’s instructed to take the day off. She heads to a pond in front, where she ties the ropes again. The video foreshadows the eventual meeting with the Traveler.

Genshin Impact is available for the PS4, PS5, PC, and mobile devices. It will also head to the Nintendo Switch. The Shenhe banner will appear after the Genshin Impact 2.4 update.
