Genshin Impact Itto Trailer Shows Him With His Gang

miHoYo posted a character trailer, as well as more detailed information, on the upcoming 5-star Geo claymore character in Genshin Impact, Arataki Itto. Along with a brief cameo from Thoma, the video ends with our first time hearing Kamisato Ayato. Itto, along with Gorou, will appear in the Genshin Impact gacha from December 14, 2021.

The trailer starts with Itto acting as an oni in a play, with other members of the Arataki Gang involved as well. Despite the audience’s baffled reactions, Itto and the other actors do not appear too bothered, with Itto praising the show at the end. Unfortunately, the Tenryou Commission arrives to break up the party.

According to his information on Hoyolab, Itto will likely work as the main DPS of your party. On his second and fourth strikes, he can gain stacks of Superlative Strength, capping at five. When he uses his Charged Attack, he can consume stacks of Superlative Strength in place of stamina. Each Arataki Kesagiri slash will use up one stack.

His Elemental Skill, Masatsu Zetsugi: Akauchi Burst! is similar to Ganyu’s or Amber’s. It is a decoy that can taunt enemies while providing Superlative Strength stacks when it takes damage. His Elemental Burst, Royal Descent: Behold, Itto the Evil!, works like Noelle’s. It converts his attacks to Geo DMG, with the first and third strikes of his attack combo providing him Superlative Superstrength stacks. Unlike Noelle’s Burst, however, Itto’s Raging Oni King state will disappear as soon as he leaves the field.

Genshin Impact is readily available on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows PC, and mobile devices. The Shadows Amidst Snowstorms event is still ongoing, and it will end on December 13, 2021.
