HoYoVerse announced that Genshin Impact will be present at Anime Expo 2023. The company will have a booth with merchandise and hold several special events at the convention. The booth will feature a “Teyvat Cook-off Challenge” and “Liyue Check-in,” with exclusive Genshin character themed stickers and balloons available as prizes. There will also be a gallery displaying select fan art and concept art, produced in collaboration with Pixiv.

Other Anime Expo 2023 highlights include HoYoVerse’s Honkai Star Rail, which will have a booth featuring several special guests, and NIS America, which will bring a slew of playable demos including Disgaea 7: Vows of the Virtueless.
HoYoVerse also recently announced a Genshin Impact Summer Festival event. It will be held at conventions in Paris, Berlin, and New York.
As for the game, it will see changes to the map and quest system. These will include the ability to view multiple layers of a map in the 4.0 update. There will also be some quest progression changes starting in 3.8.
Anime Expo 2023 will be held at the Los Angeles Convention Centre from July 1-4, 2023. The Genshin Impact booth will be located at Entertainment Hall E-O8. The Pixiv X Genshin Impact gallery will be located at Exhibit Hall Number 4506. Genshin Impact is immediately available on the PS4, PS5, PC, and mobile devices.
