The Santa Monic Pop-Up Store is the first US-based Genshin Impact merch store, originally announced in early April 2024. Originally it was set to appear in Santa Monica Place for four days, remaining open from April 24-26, 2024. However, due to high demand, HoYoVerse announced on social media that the store would remain for an additional week.

The Genshin Impact Pop-Up Store can be found at 395 Santa Monica Place in Santa Monica, California. Fans can purchase a variety of merchandise here, including t-shirts, plush toys and high-quality posters. In addition, the store features a giant inflatable Guoba for photo opportunities. Attendees can also pick up free gifts including postcards and enter a raffle to win a random merchandise set. However, HoYoVerse do advise potential visitors to check with the store about stock availability.

The opening of the store coincided with the release of the 4.6 update for Genshin Impact. The new updates include the new five-star character Arlecchino and returning character Lyney.

Genshin Impact is available for the PS4, PS5, PC, and mobile devices. Fans can purchase merchandise from the Santa Monica Pop-Up Store until May 5, 2024.
