Genshin Impact Barbara Free

Genshin Impact Barbara Can Be Earned for Free

This article is over 4 years old and may contain outdated information

Genshin Impact will give Barbara to players for free if certain requirements are met. Those who reach Adventure Level 20 before Genshin Impact‘s 1.1 patch launches will receive the “Shining Idol.” No release date for the 1.1 patch has been announced, so players will want to grind out levels as best as they can in the meantime.

Barbara is a Hydro element character. Her kit revolves around healing, which could make her a great addition to any party. Activating her skills will allow her to heal your entire party in single-player. Players can test her out in Genshin Impact with the Test Run function. (You can also test out Venti and Fischl through this function for a limited time.) Completing these Test Runs will also reward characters with upgrade materials and Primogems.

Other free characters in Genshin Impact, outside of Barbara, include story characters like Kaeya and Lisa. Xiangling is another, if you can complete an extra hard dungeon.

If you’re confused as to how the Primogem and Fate currencies work in Genshin Impact, we’ve written a guide breaking everything down. This includes how to redeem Primogems to receive Acquaint and Intertwined Fate.

Genshin Impact is currently available on Android, iOS, the PlayStation 4, and PCs. Genshin Impact also supports cross-play between platforms, but data transfer is unfortunately limited.
