Previously, miHoYo shared a character trailer for Ayaka, which revealed more of her backstory and standing within the Inazuma region. Additionally, this character trailer featured a brief look at some of the skills that appear in the character demonstration video.

The new Inazuma region will feature a handful of new enemies, such as a Pyro Hypostatis. This new boss will function similarly to the Hypostatis found in the Mondstadt region. Just like those Hypostatis, this version will feature new gimmicks and tricks that players will need to overcome if they wish to defeat this new boss.

Genshin Impact is available on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC, and mobile devices. A Nintendo Switch version is currently in development.
