miHoYo revealed that several community events will take place to celebrate the one year anniversary of Genshin Impact. A total of six activities will be available for users to participate in. Additionally, miHoYo also revealed the rewards for winning the events, with do include Primogems. Other rewards include Mora, Hero’s Wit, and Mystic Enhancement Ore. Specific details regarding each event and its individual rewards are available to read through the official website.

- An Unforgettable Journey Web Event: September 28, 2021 – October 12, 2021
- A Message in Time Web Event: September 29, 2021 – October 7, 2021
- Anniversary Congratulatory Art Repost Prize Giveaway: September 25, 2021 – September 29, 2021
- Genshin Impact Recording Your Anniversary Memories: September 28, 2021 – October 7, 2021
- Genshin Impact Anniversary Event Let’s Solve Word Puzzles: October 7, 2022 – October 13, 2021
- The Promise of a Worldly Encounter Cosplay Submission Contest: September 22, 2021 to October 20, 2021
The official website also stated how submissions will be handled and where they are accepted for the individual events. For example, the cosplay submission contest will be held through the HoYoLAB website. Additionally, one a select handful of winners will be selected for each contest.
Outside of the first anniversary contests, miHoYo has also shared a new video featuring Sangonomiya Kokomi. The Divine Priestess will be available to obtain starting on September 21, 2021 through a limited time banner.
Genshin Impact is immediately available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC, and for Android and iOS devices.
