Gamefly Listing For PS3 Star Ocean: The Last Hope Was An “Error”

Surprisingly, Square Enix commented on the Star Ocean: The Last Hope listing found in the PlayStation 3 section of Gamefly. A spokesperson said, “the posting on Gamefly.com was an error and had been taken down from their site.” (Thanks for the tip Stunt!!)

However, Square Enix wouldn’t comment on a PlayStation 3 version of Star Ocean: The Last Hope “at this time.”

The story gets a little more interesting because a Gamefly representative told Joystiq, “we simply post information as it is supplied to us by the publishers.”

Was the “error” revealing the PS3 version of Star Ocean: The Last Hope too early or a mistake from a PlayStation passionate database clerk? You decide.
