Game Of Thrones And Borderlands Games Coming From Telltale Games

Telltale Games, makers of The Walking Dead adventure series and years before an episodic Strong Bad game, have the license for Game of Thrones. While Atlus’ game was focused on action, Telltale’s Game of Thrones is similar to their other story driven games with some battle scenes. Game of Thrones is slated for release in 2014.

Another surprise was Tales from the Borderlands, a Borderlands game made by Telltale about characters that want to become Vault Hunters. Tales from the Borderlands will have shooting mechanics, but during the VGX show Kevin Bruner also said this game will play like a Telltale game with some shooting. Tales from the Borderlands is slated for release in 2014 too.
