Senko no Ronde developer G.Rev is skipping stores and going digital for Seisou Kouki Strania. Unlike other G.Rev games, this isn’t a port. Seisou Kouki Strania is built ground up for Xbox Live Arcade.
The concept of the game is a 1980s style arcade shooter with an anime style robots.
Seisou Kouki Strania lets players carry up to three weapons. In addition to laser cannons, you can use close range weapons like a sword. Each weapon is effective against a different type of enemy so switching them is an important part of the game. G.rev’s game supports cooperative play offline and online through Xbox Live.
Seisou Kouki Strania is slated for release sometime in 2011. An international release has not been announced at this time, but all XBLA games so far have been released in North America.
