Square Enix always does this thing for Final Fantasy XIV where the company will first release preliminary patch notes, then put out full ones when it launches, and that just happened for 6.3. Now that Gods Revel, Lands Tremble is here, people can see the full details about many changes available in the update.
Many of the additions in the full Final Fantasy XIV 6.3 patch notes get into the nitty gritty changes or additions. For example, in the preliminary ones we learned about some new quests, saw the Corgi accessories, learned about the Furnishing Design Contest 2019 additions, and saw The Manderville Gold Saucer GATE schedule.
Now the Battle System section goes over more focused details for different jobs. The Gladiator/Paladin, Marauder/Warrior, Dark Knight, Gunbreaker, Monk, Lancer/Dragoon, Bard, Machinist, Dancer, White Mage, and Sage changes came up. There are also some more details on dungeons, things like the drop rates for the Bluefeather Lynx Flute, and exact item changes and additions.
As a reminder, not all new elements are available yet. For example, The Omega Protocol (Ultimate) will debut in 6.31. There also won’t be an opportunity to take Loporrit tribal quests until 6.35.
Final Fantasy XIV is available for the PS4, PS5, and PC, and patch 6.3 and its full notes debuted on the official site.
