Samurai Shodown NeoGeo Collection is available, and the price is definitely right on the first storefront it has appeared on. That is because there is a temporary Epic Games Store exclusivity arrangement for the compilation. Until June 18, 2020, people with accounts can claim a free Samurai Shodown NeoGeo Collection copy from that storefront. It is yours to keep forever, so long as you call dibs on a copy.

Samurai Shodown NeoGeo Collection is notable, as it is a complete collection of classic installments worked on by Digital Eclipse. That’s the same company that put together compilations like SNK 40th Anniversary Collection, Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection, The Disney Afternoon Collection, and the original Mega Man Legacy Collection. People get Samurai Shodown, Samurai Shodown II, Samurai Shodown III, Samurai Shodown IV: Amakusa’s Revenge, Samurai Shodown V, and Samurai Shodown V Special. The best part is, this marks the debut of Samurai Shodown V Perfect, which has never been released before.
