Fans of Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age have an opportunity to get some free items that will help them show their fondness for the series. There is now a free avatar set and home theme available on the PlayStation Store. They are available bundled together in Europe, while in North America there are separate listings for the avatars and theme.

The Dragon Quest XI: Main Party Avatar Bundle is rather self-explanatory. You get seven icons, each one featuring a major character from the JRPG. That means you can set the hero, Erik, Veronica, Serena, Sylvando, Jade, and Rab as your avatar. This is a spoiler-free pack of avatars, which people who have not yet completed the game may appreciate. However, it does mean that those who have finished the game might not get every icon they might want.

The Dragon Quest XI: Party Time Theme is a standard theme and not dynamic. If you are browsing the upper menu icons, you will see Sylvando, Rab, Erik, the hero, Veronica, Serena, Jade, and a slime leaning against a wall. When you go through the lower menu items, you will see the group in a lively tavern setting.
