The Fortnite Jujutsu Kaisen crossover kicked off on August 8, 2023, and Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, Nobara Kugisaki, and Satoru Gojo cosmetics are all here. Yuji’s standard and streetwear outfits are part of the Premium Reward Track, while the costumes for the other three are in the Item Shop. There are also free Reward Track cosmetics, a Break the Curse Quest event, and Cursed Techniques people can earn.
The Break the Curse event covers both Battle Royale Island and creator islands. If you go through them, you can get Cursed Energy and Sorcerer Upgrades by completing these missions. If you get 1,000 Cursed Energy, you can unlock various themed stickers, emojis, and such. If you get five tokens from the Special Grade Quests, you also get a Nue Glider.
With the Cursed Techniques, people can get ones based on Gojo and Nobara. His Hollow Technique: Purple is one. Her Straw Dall Technique is the other. Both can be earned by hitting a Cursed Llama. You can then use whichever one drops.
The last event is the Duos Zero Build Fortnite Jujutsu Kaisen Cup. This will begin on August 11, 2023. Depending on certain actions or winning streaks, you can earn different emoticons or sprays. So the easiest item to earn is the Yuji’s Bear Hug Spray, as you only need eight points. If you manage to get Hollow Technique: Purple and defeat three eliminations with it, you get Gojo’s Eye Emoticon. The “top-point” earners get a Good Boy Con Emoticon.
Finally, here’s the Jujutsu Kaisen Break the Curse video showing Yuji, Gojo, Megumi, and Nobara in Fortnite:
Fortnite is available on the Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PC, and mobile devices, and the Jujutsu Kaisen crossover lasts until August 25, 2023. Jujutsu Kaisen‘s seasons are available to stream on Crunchyroll, while Viz Media is handling the localization of the manga.
