The Expansion Pass for Splatoon 3 will have its first wave of DLC, Inkopolis, in Spring 2023. The second wave, Side Order, will come out some time in the future. Inkopolis can act as a new hub of sorts. You will be able to walk around, shop, and access various Splatoon 3 game mods directly from Inkopolis.
Inkopolis was from the original Splatoon game, which will be a nostalgic return to the past for older players. Shops in Booyah Base, the main shopping district, include Ammo Knights, Jelly Fresh, and Cooler Heads. All of the store names, including the name of Booyah Base itself, are references to seafood or seafood dishes. There will also be Splatfests in Inkopolis, with the Squid Sisters performing during them.

As a reminder, the Expansion Pass will be paid DLC. It will not be available for those who are completely F2P.
Splatoon 3 is readily available on the Nintendo Switch. The Expansion Pass will appear in the Nintendo eShop after the Nintendo Direct. However, the Splatoon 3 Inkopolis DLC will not come out until Spring 2023, and Side Order does not have a release window yet.
