During Smile Fest Vol. 2, Good Smile Company revealed a Skullgirls Valentine Nendoroid. Only concept art for the figure is available. There’s no prototype for her yet. This also means there’s no release window.
The concept art provides an idea of how Valentine could look in figure-form. She’s wearing her normal nurse’s costume. Her bonesaw is holstered behind her. There’s no hint as to what other accessories she might come with. However, in-game some of her other weapons include an IV stand she uses as a spear, needles, and scalpels.

To compare, here’s a video showing Valentine in-game.
Valentine’s been part of the game’s roster from the very beginning. However, as of late new additions to both the Skullgirls console and mobile games came up. For example, both Umbrella and Black Dahlia will join the cast in 2022.
Skullgirls 2nd Encore is available for the Nintendo Switch, PS4, Vita, and PC. Skullgirls Mobile is available on Android and Apple iOS devices. The Skullgirls Valentine Nendoroid is in development.
