First PlayStation Plus Deluxe PS1, PS2, PS3, and PSP Games Revealed

In a new PlayStation Blog announcement, Sony revealed the PlayStation Plus Deluxe tier’s first PS1, PS2, PS3, and PSP games that will be part of is Classic Games. Both first and third-party games will be available. In the case of some PS2 titles, these will be remasters. When it comes to the PS1 and PSP games, people who purchased digital copies of them in the past will be able to download the PS4 and PS5 compatible versions for free.

First, here are the PS1 games heading to PlayStation Plus Deluxe. All of them will get save state functionality and the ability to rewind them.

Only one PSP game was revealed as part of it, and that’s Super Stardust Portable.

As a reminder, the Deluxe tier is the most expensive one. It will be $119.99/€119.99/£99.99/¥10,250 per year. In addition to the classic games, it will also offer time-limited game trials, Ubisoft+ Classics access, essentially the former PlayStation Now library, and PS1, PS2, and PSP cloud-streaming. The five launch game trials mentioned at the moment are Cyberpunk 2077, Farming Simulator 22, Horizon Forbidden West, Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection, and WWE 2K22.

PlayStation Plus Essential, Extra, and Deluxe tiers will be available starting May 24, 2022 in Asia, June 2, 2022 in Japan, June 13, 2022 in the Americas, and June 23, 2022 in Australia and Europe. Sony did disable membership stacking ahead of the new tiers’ launch.
