Campo Santo announced that it’s bringing the first-person survival adventure Firewatch to PlayStation 4 during Sony’s E3 press conference.

In it, you play as Henry—a fire lookout—as he is guided by his colleague Delilah over handheld radio to investigate a number of unexplained events in Wyoming forest in the year 1989.

The E3 trailer shows a range of mystery, humor, and peril. As Henry explores the forest, he discovers that the main communications cables have been cut, picks up a tortoise, chops through fallen trees, and goes abseiling. It ends with Henry discovering that someone has occupied his watchtower while he’s absent.

While Delilah does speak to you over the radio you don’t have to interact with her if you wish. She seems like the most trustworthy person in the game as she’s the only one you have direct contact with but you don’t have to trust her at all.

Firewatch will be coming to PC and PlayStation 4 later this year. You can find out more about it on its website.
