Nintendo shared a short video from Fire Emblem Engage depicting Ivy on her way to attack Brodia. According to the relationship chart that Nintendo shared, Ivy is a member of Elusia, which is an enemy of Brodia. Ivy will start the game as a Wing Tamer, which will be a dragon-mounted class that uses Tomes.
The video is available on the Japanese Fire Emblem Twitter account. After Ivy lands, she introduces herself, as well as states her intentions to take both Brodia’s rings and the lives of its citizens. In Japanese, Yoko Hikasa voices Ivy. Hikasa previously appeared as Emi in The Devil is a Part-Timer and Kirigiri in Danganronpa.

Ivy is the Crown Princess of Elusia. She is also the older half-sister of Hortensia. Both Ivy and Hortensia are the only characters we know of so far who hail from Elusia. Elusia is in possession of some of the 12 Rings, which means that they will be able to summon past heroes just like Alear can. It is unknown which Rings Elusia possesses at the start of the game.
Fire Emblem Engage will come out on January 20, 2023 for the Nintendo Switch. You can pre-order it from the eShop.
