Fire Emblem: Awakening Domain Name Heats Hopes Up For North American Release

Nintendo of Europe quickly confirmed Fire Emblem: Awakening, a brand new entry in Intelligent System’s strategy RPG series for 3DS, will be localized for PAL territories. Meanwhile, Nintendo of America haven’t said anything about a North American release. Perhaps, they’re saving the announcement for E3?

A domain name registration for fireemblemawakening.com with Nintendo of America as the registrant is a sign that they aren’t going to skip over the title. Plus, considering Fire Emblem is one of Nintendo’s major franchises and they gave out Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones as a 3DS ambassador game to whet appetites – I’d say Fire Emblem: Awakening has more than a fair shot of coming over.
