The first Finding Teddy was a point-and-click adventure game. The sequel isn’t. Creator Storybird Games revealed recently that Finding Teddy 2 will be a 2D action-adventure.

The brief teaser of the game’s story that has been released so far says: “Help Tarrant in a quest, in which you will have to fight, use your sense of direction and hearing to accomplish your mission.”

Also revealed is that Finding Teddy 2’s main quest should rack you up over 20 hours of play time, while the secondary quests will get you another dozen hours. As you can see in the trailer, you’ll be fighting creatures small and large with your dagger and shield, and earning abilities to access new areas.

You’ll also use a Musicon that, when the right tune is played on it, will unlock parts of the environment. It seems to work in a similar way to Link’s ocarina.

Finding Teddy 2 will be coming to Windows and Mac on April 2nd 2015.
