Final Jujutsu Kaisen Manga Ending Chapter Available Worldwide

The story of Jujutsu Kaisen is over, as the final manga ending chapter 271 brought up the end of the series. People can now read it in English worldwide via sites like MangaPlus and Viz Media. Both sites offer chapters 1-3 and chapters 269-271 for free. However, you must pay to read chapters 4-268.

For those who haven’t been keeping up, the last few chapters not only concluded the series as a whole, but offers resolution for the Shinjuku Showdown arc of the story. As such, chapters 270 and 271 act as more of an epilogue. We get an idea of what Yuji Itadori and his allies will be doing going forward, now that the threats present throughout the mainline series are absent. The tone is decidedly lighter than other chapters over the past few months. 

As for when we’ll see the physical release of the final Jujutsu Kaisen manga volume, the ending for it is uncertain. Viz Media’s last released volume was 23, which debuted on August 20, 2024. That covers chapters 200-208. Volume 24 will launch on December 10, 2024. That covers chapters 209 through 217. The next volume to appear in Japan will be 28. It compiles chapters 246-254, and people there will see it on October 4, 2024. 

We should learn more about what is next for creator Gege Akutami and the anime adaptations in the next few months. Shueisha already confirmed that the series will be at Jump Festa 2025 in December 2024. It will be at Jump Super Stage Red, alongside other staples like Chainsaw Man, My Hero Academia, One Piece, and Spy x Family.

The Jujutsu Kaisen manga is now finished as of chapter 271. there are no worldwide releases for the final volumes yet. The anime is streaming on Crunchyroll.
