During Square Enix’s latest Active Time Report, Final Fantasy XV director Hajime Tabata announced that the Episode Duscae 2.0 demo patch will launch on June 9th in the West.
Tabata also mentioned that the 2.0 patch was initially planned for a May release, but they decided to push it back to early June after a few reasons. Some of these included a quest that involved having party members leave on their own, and some framerate-related issues.
Final Fantasy XV: Episode Duscae 2.0 will launch on June 9th, 2015 at 08:00 PDT/16:00 BST. Japan will get the patch tomorrow.
Food for thought:
Tabata also showed what he calls a rough draft of a rough draft. He said that it’s not something they often show, but he wanted to share a sneak peek at what’s to come in the near future with this key visual.
