Here’s the Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia Aranea teaser trailer. It doesn’t actually show her in battle or offer a look at her moveset. However, people do get to see her interact with both Noctis and Gilgamesh.

As for the social network campaign, Square Enix will be giving people two Books of Ruin’s Mysteries and two Books of Refuge’s Mysteries if the tweet above and Facebook post are shared 8,000 times. (The 5,000 figure above was an error.)

Aranea is interesting, in that she is another Global-first character for Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia. The first was Beatrix from Final Fantasy IX. What this means is typically, new characters are ones that have launched in the Japanese version of the game first and are coming to the global release months later. In the case of Aranea and Beatrix, they appear first in the global version.

Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia is available for Android and Apple iOS devices worldwide. Recently, Basch and Kimahri were added to the game.
