Final Fantasy XVI Timeline Revealed in FFXVI Ultimania

Final Fantasy XVI covers an extensive period of time, and it turns out the FFXVI Ultimania entry includes an official timeline. However, that list of dates only covers events that happened before the game begins. Aitai Kuji owner Audrey Lamsam translated and shared the entirety of it online. [Thanks, Audrey Lamsam!]

Here’s Lamsam’s translation of events from the new book. As a note, the events we see in Final Fantasy XVI proper cover Clive’s life from the age of about 15 to 33. So it’s about an 18 year period, though we’re only seeing his life at certain points when he’s 15, 28, and 33.

This is one of many Final Fantasy XVI translations Lamsam offered from insights taken from FFXVI Ultimania. She also shared details about characters’ ages and the official translation of the game’s alphabet.
