How to Unlock the FFXIV Myths of the Realm Aglaia Raid

Final Fantasy XIV Patch 6.1 ushered in a series of new content, which includes the Myths of the Realm raid. This is an entirely new realm set that explores the mysteries surrounding the Twelve. As with any new content, there are some prerequisites as to when and how players can access it. These include base item level and main scenario progression requirements. Below you will find out how to unlock the FFXIV Myths of the Realm Aglaia raid and what might potentially block your progress.

Players will be able to begin the series of quests to unlock the FFXIV Myths of the Realm Aglaia alliance raid by talking to the Fresh-faced Student in Old Sharlayan at X:9.1, Y:11.5. However, before they can do this, they will need to complete a series of main scenario quests. So long as players have completed up to the main scenario quest Restricted Reading, they will be able to find the NPC in Old Sharlayan.

Quest progression will take you the area where you will unlock the first Myths of the Realm raid. Speak to the NPCs there and fulfill their requirements to unlock it. One additional requirement, however, is that you will need to be item level 565 or higher to actually run the content. Thankfully, FFXIV has raids that can help boost those item levels. This includes the Pandaemonium raid, which released with Final Fantasy XIV Patch 6.01.

Final Fantasy XIV is available for the PS4, PS5, and PC.
