As mentioned previously, players can obtain the Polar Bear mount entirely for free. From August 13 to August 26, 2021 players will have the opportunity to obtain the mount through the Moonfire Faire event. Additionally, players can obtain furnishing items through participation in the event. This includes the Moonfire Faire Mask Stall and the Costa del Hielo, or Grilled Corn, food item. Details regarding the event are available to read through the official website.

As for additions to the Final Fantasy XIV Online Store, players can also obtain previously released Moonfire Faire event items through the paid shop. This includes the Summer’s Flame Attire and the Flame Dance emote that had released previously. The Cruise Chaser is also available to obtain for $29.99 and is an account-wide mount. Two players can ride this mount.

Final Fantasy XIV is immediately available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC. Final Fantasy XIV Endwalker will release on November 23, 2021. Those who have pre-ordered the expansion will have access on November 19, 2021.
