Square Enix announced that the Final Fantasy XIV Wajima-nuri 10th anniversary plates will be available on sale again in Japan starting on June 11, 2024. Pottery brand Tsutaya had to suspend sales and manufacture of the plates due to the Noto Peninsula earthquake that struck Japan on January 2024.
There are two models available. One features the iconic dragon Bahamut, and another one shows bird and flower motifs inspired by Meteion. The Bahamut dish costs 66,550 yen (or about $429.52), while the Meteion dish costs 40,700 yen (~$262.68). Additionally, the dishes include the FFXIV logo on the back.

The original pre-order period for the Final Fantasy XIV anniversary plates was announced on early December 2023, and they were expected to release in Japan on March 2024. However, the Wajima-nuri lacquerware industry was severely affected by the aforementioned January 2024 Noto Peninsula earthquake.
In a recent message, the Tsutaya pottery company announced that, thanks to the collaboration and help of artisans, craftsmen, and other people, the company is ready to resume sales of the FFXIV collaborative plates.
The Final Fantasy XIV Wajima-nuri anniversary plates will become available for sale again from June 11, 2024. Final Fantasy XIV is readily available on the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and Windows PC.
