Final Fantasy VII Lego Scene Features Cloud and His Motorcycle

Square Enix showed off DaniBobStudios’ Final Fantasy VII Lego designs. This originally came up during an Alanah Pearce stream for the Ever Crisis mobile game.

The build is based on a scene that happens at the very end of Final Fantasy VII Remake, but early in the story in the original FFVII. At one point when in the Shinra building, Cloud busts out on a Hardy-Daytona motorcycle and there’s a high-speed chase on the expressways around Midgar. This build from DaniBobStudios recreates that. Two photos show him riding the boke as he crashes through the windows and heads out onto the road. In another photo, the minifig is riding the bike and holding the Buster Sword on the street after crashing through.

This isn’t the first time Square Enix called attention to a Final Fantasy VII scene recreated in Lego. Back in January 2023, it held a poll to ask people which moment from the game they’d like to see recreated in brick-form. Cloud and Aerith meeting in the Sector 5 Slums church ended up being built, and the company gave away two models based on that part.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth will come to the PS5 on February 29, 2024, with the platform exclusivity arrangement ending on May 29, 2024. FFVII Remake is available for the PS4, PS5, and PC. FFVII Ever Crisis is on mobile devices, with a PC release planned.
