Final Fantasy Origins, the PsOne compilation that introduced Final Fantasy II (the NES game with Frioniel) to the West, is coming to PlayStation Network tomorrow.

This is an early package of Final Fantasy and Final Fantasy II remakes that lack the Labyrinth of Time and Dawn of Souls bonus dungeons added to other versions. While you will not see Minwu’s fate in Origins, the PsOne version has Final Fantasy 1’s original magic system with spell tiers instead of MP.

And Final Fantasy II still has the cancel cheat enabled so you don’t have to hit your own characters to level up. You just have to pretend to.
