Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles: Remastered Edition might have been delayed, but it is showing up in one form. The global version of Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia now has a representative from it. Ciaran has joined the game with the Caravan of Hope event. People have the opportunity to recruit him until April 2, 2020.

Since Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles focused on original characters players would make, Ciaran has often been a character used as a representative for the title in games like Theatrhythm, Final Fantasy Trading Card Game, and Opera Omnia. After you complete the first battle in his storyline, then see the ensuing “Pleasant Meetings” cutscene, he will be added to your roster. Or, if you pull on his newly added weapon banner and acquire one of his weapons randomly, he’ll also be added if you don’t already have him.

Here’s a trailer looking at Ciaran and his abilities. His Command Abilities consist of the BRV and HP attack Bash, the BRV-boosting and BRV and HP attack Soulshot, and the BRV boosting and BRV and HP attack Holystrike. As you can gather from that last one, it involves the holy element. Also, all of his abilities are affected by the Drop of Myrrh additional ability.

As usual, going through his Caravan of Hope event in Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia will get some of his five-star equipment for free. His 15CP Steel Blade sword will be doled out for completing Caravan of Hope part five, while you’ll get his Makeshift Shield for completing both the third and fourth parts of his quest.

Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia is available for Android and Apple iOS devices. Other recent additions include Aranea and Ignis.
