Final Fantasy: Brave Exvius is an upcoming smartphone game by Brave Frontier makers A-Lim. The official website announced that the game’s beta testing period begins today, and will only be available for a limited number of people.

The current beta is for the Android version of the game, and anyone with a Japanese Square Enix Members account will get to participate. The number of participants will be limited, and registration for the beta will close once it gets filled.

The beta test will go on until September 2nd at 5:59pm JST, and the data won’t carry over for the full game when it launches; however, those who manage to get into the beta will get a special present when the game officially launches.

Final Fantasy: Brave Exvius will launch in Japan this winter for Android and iPhone. You can take a look at some of the game’s pixel art characters in our earlier report.
