Rhythmic environments, singing foes, and dynamic music that works with the player’s action all form a part of the music in Figment, an action game where song is an integral part of the player’s journey.
The Mind has been a peaceful place, but living dark thoughts have begun to emerge in its surreal locations, causing trouble all over. Players will take on the role of Dusty, the Mind’s voice of courage, along with the cheerful bird Piper, through various oddball landscapes that form the reality of the Mind. As they explore these strange places, they’ll clobber enemies with a wooden sword and solve puzzles to help keep them going.
While slapping foes around, players may notice them singing along to the music. Player actions have an effect on Figment’s dynamic music, which works to make the players feel like they’re contributing to the game’s tunes as they fight monsters and fiddle with the environments and puzzles.
Players looking to explore dreamy landscapes and clockwork nightmares can do so by getting Figment from Steam.
