FFXIV Patch 6.0 to 6.05 Release Dates Schedule Announced

Following the Final Fantasy XIV Endwalker delay announcement and new release date, Director and Producer Naoki Yoshida offered a schedule to cover the rest of the year. The new dates cover the upcoming patches that will appear after launch. This way, people have an idea of when to expect FFXIV patch updates between 6.0 and 6.05.

Here’s the official release dates for the next FFXIV patch releases.

  • December 3, 2021: Patch 6.0 will release and FFXIV Endwalker early access launch will happen.
  • December 7, 2021: FFXIV Endwalker official launch will occur.
  • December 21, 2021: FFXIV Patch 6.01 will release and add the Normal mode for the Pandaemonium Raid.
  • January 4, 2022: FFXIV Patch 6.05 will appear and add Pandaemonium Savage difficulty, the new Allagan Tomestones with weekly cap will be added, and new gear will show up.

Yoshida also noted that the staff developing the game will get time off. The work will be done during business days. He said that they “should be fine.” He also mentioned that the schedule takes into account time off.

What the development team and Yoshida are working on came up. Yoshida said the team is working on content for 6.1. He noted that the parts that required additional time are things Yoshida needed to look at. He mentioned things like the story and details.

Final Fantasy XIV is available for the PS4, PS5, and PC. FFXIV Endwalker will appear on December 7, 2021. Early access will begin on December 3, 2021.
