FFXIV KFC Event Returns Next Week 

KFC Japan and Square Enix announced the dates for the return of the collaboration in Final Fantasy XIV. From June 10-30, 2024, the FFXIV Collaboration Set will be available exclusively via KFC Net Order.

This FFXIV KFC Net Order set includes a chicken cutlet sandwich, original chicken, fries, drink, a collaboration sticker, and an in-game emote code. The food arrives in a special box adorned with popular Final Fantasy characters like a Chocobo, a Moogle, and Colonel Sanders dressed. Purchasers will receive exclusive in-game rewards, including the Eating Fried Chicken emote. Additionally, limited collaboration stickers featuring designs of Namazu, Loporrit, and Fat Cat will be available. The emote item code will be sent via email, which may take up to seven days to arrive. The transfer, sale, or offering of these item codes or stickers is strictly prohibited. A special statue of Colonel Sanders in an FFXIV costume will also be displayed at the KFC Akihabara store.

The FFXIV Collaboration Set will be sold for 1,240 yen (approximately $9 USD), including tax. It consists of a chicken cutlet sandwich, original chicken, fries, drink, collaboration sticker, and bonus item code. Once sold out, the collaboration package will be replaced by the regular package.

A total of 201 lucky purchasers will be selected by lottery to receive special collaboration items during the event period. Each purchase of the collaboration set grants one entry into the lottery.

  • Figure: One winner will receive an exclusive “Warrior of Light” Colonel Sanders figure with Chocobo on a motorcycle.
  • Gaming Mouse Pad: 100 winners will receive a mouse pad featuring FFXIV characters dressed as KFC staff.
  • Long-Sleeved T-Shirt: 100 winners will receive a limited-edition T-shirt designed for comfort.

Final Fantasy XIV is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC. The latest expansion, Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail, releases on July 2, 2024.
