Final Fantasy XIV Hatching-tide Eat Egg

FFXIV Hatching-tide 2022 Will Reward Players With an Eat Egg Emote

Final Fantasy XIV will see the return of the Hatching-tide. The event will last from April 13 to April 27, 2022, and will have a handful of rewards for players to obtain. The FFXIV Hatching-tide 2022 rewards include an “Eat Egg” emote, a Hatching Bunny minion, and two housing items. This is similar to previous festive events that have rewarded players with mounts, minions, emotes, and even special cosmetic items. Additionally, several items from previous Hatching-tide events in FFXIV will be available to obtain. These items are not specified on the event page.

Players will need to at least be level 15 and have access to Gridania in order to participate in the event. This means that despite being level 15, if Gridania is not their starting city, they must have unlocked airship travel in order to head to the city. From there, players can head to Old Gridania at X:10.2, Y:9.4 and speak to Jihli Aliapoh to begin the Hatching-tide quest. Participation will reward players with the event items.

The Hatching-tide event arrives just after Final Fantasy XIV Patch 6.1. The patch will see the inclusion of new main scenario quests, a new PvP mode, and several Job Class adjustments. This includes adjustments for Dark Knight, Samurai, and White Mage. However, several other Job Classes will be adjusted as well, such as Scholar.

Final Fantasy XIV is available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC. Final Fantasy XIV Patch 6.1 will arrive on April 12, 2022.
