A FFXIV Dawntrail expansion beastkin and minion is being turned into merchandise by Taito in Japan, as the company announced a Gimme Cat figure based on the creature and kitten version. Two variants will appear. That will show up in Japanese arcades near the end of June 2026.

The figure will be available in standard and gold designs, designed to mimic both the standard Gimme Cat or Gimme Kitten and the Great Gimme Cat. In-game, we often see them in Vault Oneiron, and going through that treasure dungeon is also how we also get the Gimme Kitten minion. It’s earn via the Fever Dream sack-grabbing minigame. The toy will stand at almost five inches tall (12cm).

It does seem like this will be a posable figure. The teaser image shows an example of a person bending the legs of one of the characters. So it is possible we will be able to arrange it a bit.

Here’s the first image for the character:

It’s unknown if we’ll see this appear worldwide eventually. The store Aitai Kuji sold other Taito FFXIV prize figures and items. Square Enix also eventually sold its Taito Final Fantasy Tactics prize figures worldwide as a set on its official storefront.

Final Fantasy XIV is available for the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC, and the Switch 2 version will appear in August 2026. The FFXIV Gimme Kitten Minion figure will show up in Japanese arcades in June 2026, and it’s unknown if we’ll also see it everywhere.
