The company also announced that the actor will gradually return to voice acting while taking into consideration his health. This could mean that it will take a while until the actor is capable of fully returning to work, or that other breaks from work might happen in the future.

The actor has been on a hiatus from his voice acting work for a little bit over 2 months. Intention originally announced this break on May 16, 2024. The company thanked fans for their support of Suzumura, and apologized for the possibility of any inconveniences caused for the hiatus.

Kenichi Suzumura is well known for his work voicing Zack Fair in the original Japanese dub of the FFVII franchise, as well as voicing Demyx in the Kingdom Hearts series, Shinn Asuka in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny and Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Freedom, and most recently Bravern in the Brave Bang Bravern! 2024 anime series.

Kenichi Suzumura will resume his voice acting work activities gradually.
