Square Enix announced pre-registration for FFVII The First Soldier have reached 1 million users worldwide, bringing players another reward. As part of the pre-registration rewards, users will receive a Shinra skin for their in-game car. The last pre-registration goal for FFVII The First Soldier sits at 2 million users. If met, this goal will unlock a Shinra helicopter skin. [Thanks, Gamer!]
Additionally, the official Final Fantasy VII The First Soldier account is holding a special Twitter campaign. The Twitter account is currently posting videos of a cactuar performing emotes. Those who guess the emote correctly will potentially be selected to receive the prize of a single Shinra Box.
Pre-registration for the mobile title opened in late October. The full list of pre-registration rewards were revealed during the announcement. This included the Shinra car and helicopter skin. The cosmetic items that have unlocked through the pre-registration campaign so far include the Chocobo Egg, Shinra mask skin, and Shinra bike skin. These items will be available to redeem in-game once the app goes live.
Additionally, Square Enix has released a special CGI trailer leading up to the release of The First Soldier. The trailer opens up with Cloud Strife, and quickly cuts between important story scenes within the Final Fantasy VII extended universe.
Final Fantasy VII The First Soldier will release for Android and iOS devices on November 17, 2021. Pre-registration for the mobile game is immediately available.
