Square Enix extended the amount of time new FFVII The First Soldier Ambassador Program recruits get to sign up. November 3, 2021 is no longer the last day. The new date to sign up for he program, which is designed to support FFVII The First Soldier videos and streams of the battle royale, is November 11, 2021.
Here’s the official announcement. In it, Square Enix confirmed the extension is due to demand from potential FFVII The First Soldier Ambassador candidates. The FAQs also confirmed registration is only possible during this period. The terms and conditions still state that people will be told if they were accepted into the program on or after November 12, 2021.

As a reminder, people who are accepted get perks to assist in playing the FFVII The First Soldier battle royale. They can talk to the development team behind the game. There’s a special Discord channel. There will also be a special banner in-game for them.
Final Fantasy VII: The First Soldier battle royale will show up in November 2021. The FFVII The First Soldier Ambassador Program registration deadline is November 11, 2021.
