Square Enix revealed a new FFVII Remake accessory, a silver ring inspired by the iconic character Red XIII. The ring released in Japan back in December 17, 2022, and it will arrive to North America soon. The estimated North American release date is sometime in February 2023. The Red XIII ring will cost $400 in the US. Meanwhile, its Japanese price was 44,000 yen (roughly $335). The ring is now available for pre-order from the North American Square Enix store.
The ring will be available in five different sizes. However, the measurements are only available in Japanese ring sizes. These include sizes 13, 15, 17, 19, and 21. The Square Enix store also warns people that excessive moisture and sweat could cause discoloration, and recommends not wearing the ring while exercising or bathing.
Here’s a closer look of the ring.
While Red XIII appears briefly during the final hours of FFVII Remake, he plays a very important role in the original game and will likely play the same one in the upcoming second part of FFVII Remake, titled FFVII Rebirth.
Square Enix also recently revealed a new line of FFVII Remake watches inspired by Tifa and Aerith.
Final Fantasy VII Remake is available on the PS4, PS5, and PC. The FFVII Remake Red XIII silver ring will come to North America sometime in February 2023 and is now available for pre-order.
