FFVII June 2023 Calendar Features Yuffie and Sonon from the Remake

June 2023’s begun, and that means a new set of FFVII Remake calendar images. Square Enix took to Twitter to release the latest batch. This time, only designs from the remake appear. People can choose between a desktop wallpaper image with key art of both Yuffie and Sonon from FFVII Remake, or mobile portrait-style images of each character separately.

Here’s the official announcement with all three options. Since no FFVII characters’ birthdays fall in June 2023, no dates are highlighted in the June 2023 calendar. (When this does happen, the day of the character’s birthday usually appears with a white circle around it. This happened with Tifa’s May 3rd birthday.)

The FFVII monthly calendar is a regular thing. Square Enix always releases images every month via social media. The pattern that started earlier this year involved releasing options featuring the original FFVII character key art and new Remake designs. This happened with the May 2023 Aerith calendars. However, the FFVII Remake Yuffie and Sonon ones break tradition by only offering one design, albeit with two mobile options.

Final Fantasy VII Remake is available for the PS4, PS5, and PC. FFVII Rebirth is set to come to the PS5 in Winter 2023. We’ll also see a FFVII Ever Crisis closed beta in 2023.
