Square Enix added not only Vincent to the Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis story, but added Stray Dog gear for the character and a new Guilds feature to the game. When it comes to a Guild in FFVII Ever Crisis, you can create or join existing guilds. If you do, you can earn Bonus Points, EXP, and Medals by taking part in specific missions or go through special events just for people who joined one. It is also possible to chat with or get Co-op Battle members from people who are part of the one you belong to in-game. Guilds themselves also level up, increasing options.

Here’s the official FFVII Ever Crisis trailer for the new Guilds feature:

As for “Stray Dog” Vincent, it is gear and equipment tied to the new Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis limited banner. People can get a White Dog gun for him and Stray Dog gear. The weapon has the Sludge Shot C. Ability, which deals Earth damage to one enemy, increases Vincent’s Limit Gauge, and deals more damage if the target is debuffed. It also has the Boost Earth Potency and Boost MATK (All Allies) R. Abilities. As for the Stray Dog gear, it has the R. Abilities Earthblade Arcanum and Reprieve tied to it. There is no wallpaper for him that showcases his new look.

Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis is available for the PC and mobile devices, and the Vincent White Dog and Stray Dog banner runs until August 14, 2024.
