FFVII Cloud Pin Badge Collections Coming in 2023

FFVII Cloud Pin Badge Collections Coming in 2023

Following the Final Fantasy VII 25th Anniversary Celebration Broadcast, Square Enix opened pre-orders for all sorts of merchandise inspired by the series. Among the items are two FFVII Cloud pin badge collections. Each volume will feature pins with his depictions in mainline games, spin-offs, and crossovers over the years. A purchase gets you a full display box for $60/5,500円. (Square Enix didn’t note how many pins come in one “display.”) They’ll each appear on September 10, 2022 in Japan and in January 2023 in North America.

The thing about the sets is that these collections are displays of blind boxes. So when people buy either volume 1 or volume 2, they are getting a set number of blind boxes that could contain the 10 pins from that collection. You aren’t guaranteed to get one of each with the purchase. Each pin features a picture of Cloud, as well as lists the game that image is taken from. Volume 1 features pictures of Cloud from FFVII, FFVII Remake, FFVII Advent Children, and the spin-offs Before Crisis FFVII and Dissidia Final Fantasy. There are multiple FFVII, FFVII Remake, and Advent Children pins in volume 2 too. However, that one also shows him as he appeared in Crisis Core and G-Bike.

Here’s a closer look at all 20 pins.

The FFVII Cloud pin badge collections volume 1 and 2 will appear in Japan on September 10, 2022 and in North America in January 2023.
