To help people better understand what to expect from Famicom Detective Club: The Missing Heir and The Girl Who Stands Behind, Nintendo shared a trailer looking at both games. The latest video offers a brief summary of the core mysteries propelling the action in each installment. It also helps provide an idea of how the adventure games work with gameplay footage.
The video begins with Famicom Detective Club: The Missing Heir. It was the first entry released originally. While suffering from amnesia, a teenage detective tries to find out what happened to the heir of the Ayashiro family while also recovering his own memory. Then it looks at The Girl Who Stands Behind. While it was the second released, it is actually a prequel that follows The Missing Heir’s detective on his first case.
Here’s the new video looking at both of the Famicom Detective Club games.
Famicom Detective Club: The Missing Heir and The Girl Who Stands Behind will both come to the Nintendo Switch eShop on May 14, 2021. As a reminder, there is a deal in effect for the games. They are $34.99 each. However, if you buy one, you can get the other for $24.99.
